New Course 2025: Authentic Sushi Chef Experience
Duration: 120 minutes Language: English Group activity
Program :
Part 1: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Part 2: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Grate fresh wasabi and savor its aroma
- Mix the rice with sushi vinegar and taste the freshly made sushi rice
- Pair premium nori with fresh sushi rice for a flavorful experience
- Drain the uni (sea urchin) of salt water in front of you and enjoy it on sushi rice
- Prepare some negitoro, roll it with nori, and enjoy your creation
- Observe the preparation of the hirame (flounder) and its precise cutting
- Watch live tiger shrimp (kuruma ebi) being prepared or try boiling and peeling it yourself
- Slice chutoro and akami (tuna) straight from the block like a pro
- Learn how to shape sushi rice and make nigiri
- Enjoy wakame seaweed udon like in a sushi restaurant
